Get To Know Me!

I’m Mari — a student, traveler, and planner who turned a passion for international travel into helping other people experience it in a way that feels exciting instead of overwhelming.

At 17 years old, I moved abroad to attend university in Rome, where I spent two years studying, adapting to a completely different culture, and learning how to navigate life internationally on my own. Since then, I’ve traveled to over 50 countries across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Central America, and beyond while balancing school, work, budgeting, and the reality of being a young traveler trying to make the most out of every experience.

What started as constantly planning my own trips eventually became something friends, classmates, and other travelers began coming to me for help with. From figuring out transportation between countries, finding accommodations within a realistic budget, organizing weekend trips during study abroad semesters, planning backpacking routes, discovering hidden spots tourists usually miss, or simply understanding how to make international travel feel less intimidating — I realized I had built years of knowledge through firsthand experience.

Unlike traditional travel agencies, my approach is built specifically around younger travelers, students, study abroad groups, solo travelers, backpackers, and people who want trips that feel authentic, exciting, and realistic for their lifestyle and budget. I understand what it’s like to land in a country for the first time with no idea how the trains work, how to avoid tourist traps, how to stretch a budget without sacrificing experiences, or how stressful planning can become when you’re trying to coordinate everything yourself.

My goal is to make international travel easier, smoother, and more personalized while still keeping the adventure and spontaneity that makes traveling special. Whether it’s a weekend abroad during your semester, a multi-country backpacking trip, or your very first time leaving the country, I want people to feel confident and excited instead of stressed trying to piece everything together alone.

Travel has completely shaped who I am, and being able to help other people create experiences and memories around the world is something I genuinely care about.
